- Ruth Tobbell Review added: 2018.08.14★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆VERY POOR INDEED. Ordered a silk arrangement for mother's day - my mum is 83 and in poor health. Was ordered on 14th March in plenty of time. Several days later received a mail telling me it was delayed. Rang them, explained situation and they said there was very limited stock but they would allocate one to me to ensure my mother received in time. They offered to change to express delivery. Mothers Day came and went....no delivery...rang today to be told I have been allocated one, BUT one for an order that's arriving mid May. So not only can they not supply against orders (which they spent money advertising in a paper....), but they then totally mislead me when I call in. If they'd told me the truth I could have cancelled it and ordered something else for my mum. And they seem to think delivering a full 2 months after ordering is acceptable. Shambolic really
